Hengxing Upgrades HX-61A Vacuum Thermoforming Machine With Smart Temperature Control Modules

Shenzhen, China — Hengxing Blister Machinery (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a blister and thermoforming equipment manufacturer founded in 1999, has released a significantly upgraded configuration of its HX-61A vacuum thermoforming machine. The update targets the two bottlenecks that small and mid-sized packaging factories report most often: long heat-up cycles and inconsistent forming quality between shifts.

The headline change is a new intelligent temperature module system. Conventional thermoformers in this class require 15 to 20 minutes of preheating before the first usable sheet can be formed. The upgraded HX-61A reaches working temperature in approximately 5 minutes, while parameter setup is completed in about 1 minute through the Delta PLC touch screen.

Because complete heating profiles can now be stored and recalled, operators no longer rebuild settings from scratch at every shift change or material switch. Imported heating wire combined with built-in insulation cotton holds temperature more evenly across the forming area, which reduces scrap on thin-gauge sheet and shortens the learning curve for new operators.

The machine processes PVC, PP, PE, POF, PPT, PTGF, APET, ABS, OPP, PS and PET without hardware changes — only the mould and the stored recipe differ. For factories running mixed order books, that flexibility keeps a single unit productive across several product lines instead of idling between runs.
